Redang Mutiara Beach Resort: A Review (July 2017)

Assalamualaikum, I promised to write about the expenses for our trip to Redang and would also give some useful tips for those of you who are looking to go for a holiday there. So, here you go. We stayed for a night at a hotel in Kuala Terengganu before going to Redang Island because we had to catch our ferry in the morning, which we could not possibly do on the same day we had our journey from KL to Terengganu. That would be such a rushed trip. It was a budget hotel, Hotel Kenangan. We took 2 rooms for 3 and 4 people. The rate was RM18.30 per person per night, which was affordable for students like us. The room condition was fairly acceptable relative to the price. I mean, we were only in need of a place to sleep at. Not a luxurious room to lavish in. We took a RM300 per head package (not including GST, RM16.50) at Redang Mutiara Beach Resort. It is the rate for weekdays. We went there from Wednesday (12th July) until Friday (14th July). Pulau Redang Birthday Getaway

Assalamualaikum, I am currently enjoying my semester break. About 1 month left until I need to start my third year of Bachelor's degree. Is trying to savor the moments despacito. Hahah, okay I'll stop.  One day, after finishing the last paper for 3rd semester's finals, me and 7 of my friends had a lunch at a cafeteria in UPM. While eating, we talked and suddenly one of us had an idea, we should go on a holiday together. So, we sort of discussed about where to go on that holiday, when, who is in charge etc. When we finished our lunches, we had established a mini organisation consisting of a President, an Asst. President, two Treasurers, Transportation Committee, and Accommodation Committee. That was the start of this trip planning. After much Google-ing and reviewing, we decided to go to Pulau Redang.
